It's an important action step when you have a burning ambition, a vision or a dream, that you'd like to see become reality!

How do you begin? Well, by starting at the very beginning, and writing as specifically as you can, what your goal consists of, as well as bringing the future forward. Confused?

Write your goal in the present tense, as if you have already achieve it. For example....

"It is now December 2010 and I am enjoying my success as a published author of The BIG Kiddies Club non-fiction hardback book, courtesy of Hay House publishers"

THIS provides a 'feeling', an emotion that is yours in advance of achieving your goal. It is a teaser and a reason to set your objectives so your goal is realised on time!

Commonly known as 'Project Management' this process exists everywhere that a project, a goal, a vision or a mission is in hand. Your plan of action, will work from the date you set out to achieve your goal, backward to the present day.

The Objectives each have an Aim, which is to reach a certain milestone or successful endeavour.

So, if I am to become a published author in December 2010, I must anticipate what work needs to be done, the quantity of time each task will take, when I need to complete each task and in which order each task will need to be prioritised, in order for the whole project to come together at the time I have set.

The milestones are the points at which I can make changes based on what I have accomplished. The date can always be moved if it is a personal goal. If it is a contrctual goal, then more effort will need to be built into the action steps you have planned.

So, in summary....

I hope this helps you to 'manage' the journey across the stepping stones of your life.

Choosing the right path, based on your passions and skills, will determine how successful you are in life and whether you accomplish the dreams you have dreamed.....or not!

As a published author (online), writer and copywriter, I require a certain mindset. I must be focused and clear about my intention for my piece of work. I do not need to know exactly what to write, just the scenario.

When Clarity and Focus are present, the gift is the inspiration!

So,you know where I get my inspiration from now don't you? Me, life, experiences and a clear space for it to present itself. It really is that simple. I guess it's because I love to sit and write that I really do love my gift. I know that some people really dislike the whole process and act of writing!

That's where I come in, because I can do it for them!

My Client base comprises busy people who have little time to spend on pouring their hearts out onto paper, so I simply chat to them and find out what they want to say, get a brief and get started!

We can all write, yet how effective are we at communicating our vision to others? Sometimes we don't know how to express it - or even what it is!! Clarity and Focus! ......Two of my best friends indeed!

Have you thought about what it is you truly desire in life? Do you know where you are headed? Or is your head lowered as you go about your day? It does help if you look directly in the path of your chosen lifestyle and head towards it, step into it, wear it and feel it, as if it were present NOW!

This is one method of 'Visualising Your Dream'. If you VYDeo your chosen lifestyle in your mind's eye, so that your emotions are in touch with the splendour of your dream, THIS is when your dream has an awesome chance to come  true!

It really does work too!

BUT....you need your best friends CLARITY and FOCUS to begin with!

NOW THIS makes sense doesn't it?!!!

It is a very interesting place to find oneself - after years of employment and with a natural talent for writing, to realise that your confidence needs a boost! In fact I had no idea!

I have been writing for years, since I was very young, and have taken my skill for granted!

When someone sits you down and says; "I am sorry to have to tell you, but.......we can't afford to keep you" How do you react?

For myself, when it happened in February 2009, I was shocked! Then I was in fear of not being able to pay my bills, then I was interested to hear that they would provide me with a Bronze handshake (Well the Silver and Gold ones were clearly too expensive for them!)

It was then, that my faith showed up! My faith that this was by design rather than by default, and I would benefit from the ability to experience freedom after 7 years!

Would YOU tell your bosses that you were ecstatic about their decision? I know some would, yet I didn't want to rub it in! You see, I was leaving to set out on an exciting journey, and THEY were still stuck in their jobs!!!

This is the way I chose to see it! It worked for me and I have not looked back!

I don't know if this will help anyone at all. I do know that it was something I was both ready for and so NOT ready for!

I took time out to smell both the flowers AND the coffee!

I also signed up for some courses and guidance on becoming a FREELANCE WRITER!

Someone I knew recommended to a mutual friend that we work together and create some business E-books. WOW! That was an amazing transformation for me! My mindset exploded and re-formed as a new set of skills. What effect do you think this had on my confidence?...............
